hahahahhah

if it's fine with you, i will be linking this song on funnyjunk.com im sure they will enjoy the sweet evil of messing with an average 8th grade whore. (it's a meme)

SessileNomad responds:

go ahead idc

awesome

well first i want to gripe to all who listened to this... REALLY! 248 listens and I'm the first to review.

now onto the review, it started to get a bit repetitive but it's one of those songs where you don't mind because the melody is so awesome. All variations were perfectly done. towards the end though, i kind of wish it had picked up more. The thing that confirmed a 5/5 and a 10/10 for me was the robot voice saying, one more time.

Daydream-Anatomy responds:

hehe, yeah I like that too, this isn't really mastered though, the final mix is on teh album, still same song, just sounds better.

Thanks for the review^^

nice!

Pros-
the melody is awesome
it is a novelty for an electronic song here to have lyrics at all.
the song transitions very well

Cons-
the words can be hard to understand sometimes.
the singing is a bit loud next to everything else.

Other stuff-
Don't worry about the cons, the fact that you have words at all make your song stand out amongst the crowd.

AisareneMusic responds:

Hm, that's a first...usually people say vocals are too soft so I must've kicked them up a notch too many and not noticed. I also might post the lyrics up sometime, since they're hard to understand. Thank you for a good and honest review. And yes, I agree, not many songs have vocals on here! It makes me sad because sometimes (not always) vocals are what a song needs. There are a few talented vocalists on here, and some musicians that would be a lot more recognized with a vocalist.

it's nice

the intro is absolutely amazing, but the thing is the second part didn't fit at all and just about ruined the song. plus when you started to kill the beginning to open to the next part, you legitimately killed it when you brought in that off beat music that made me thing there was an ice-cream truck outside interfering with the song.

vwvSTATICvwv responds:

lol yeah it DOES sound like shit! I'll fix it and upload the new one soon

Seth

um... ok

it never went past an intro, it was boring to listen to. I had to force myself to the end to be able to give you a fair review. even worse, you made it feel like it was about to get better when you stopped everything for a second. but, no.

iori22 responds:

Here's an idea, how about you learn how to use a real instrument for your work. Using nothing but synths doesn't make you a true musician. Incorporate actual instruments that YOU'VE played, with riffs and beats that YOU created. Don't come over to my work and start insulting what I've created when all I've heard from your stuff is nothing but synths. So, either learn how to become a REAL musician, or just shut the hell up.

dumb struck with awesome.

you put just about every single dj ever to shame, basshunter, dj splash, dj mangoo, darude (sandstorm), dj s3rl, catstuffer, dj otape, dj majaro and any other dj i cant think of.

F-777 responds:

Thanks so much!! Dj's don't neccesarily make their own music
and im not a DJ cause i have never peformed my music live yet =(.

I really appreciate the review its just awesome thanks so much =).

awesome possum!

although I don't particularly care for pirates of the Caribbean i love the theme.
you did an awesome remix to the song. did seem to slow down at times but as soon as i got bored with a particular part of the song you move on to the next part and suddenly i am renewed with aw.

PS- if you are visiting America for the summer, that would be the purest form of irony because i am visiting Canada this summer.

Catstuffer responds:

ahhaha! No, I'm staying in Canada... Going to the western provinces, than spending 2 months in Guelph Ontario.

The changes to the song are not uploading properly yet, so if something bugged you about it, it should be corrected whenever it will let me re-upload it.

Thanks for another review! :D

this reminds me of my hopin' rave song.

i'v noticed you use that super saw a lot...
this song really reminds me of one of my songs, hopin' rave. i would post a link to it but i don't if i'm allowed to post links in comments so i wont take the chance.

anyway to your song... i wish it was a bit faster. what im thinking of is not necessarily increasing the bpm but adding a faster paced drum line. the super saw that comes in at :14 is great but i wish you had added a bit more to as the song progressed. that's really all i can think of other than that. so yea.
-DJ Majaro

Catstuffer responds:

yes... I do you that super saw... in... well... everything!

Thanks for your advice. I will see what changes can be made.

Thanks for reviewing!

outstanding

i have spent the last month or two working on a basshunter song remix and the melody started to get old... but after listening to this, my love has regrown if not multiplied for the melody. (i have never said this before) i would pay 10 bucks for this song... it's that good.

Phoog responds:

Haha. Much appreciated, but this is very ammiture! :P

awesome

your fl skills far surpass mine, granted i only started at the beginning of the year but still. do you use nexus? also, what kind of effects do you use?

Catstuffer responds:

I don't have any external plugins. I hear about this "nexus" but wouldn't have a clue how to use it. As for effects, I just experiment until I get a sound I'm looking for. (some blood overdrive, soundgooderizer, and EQ'ing usually does the job)

Thanks fo another review!

i want to become a better music artist than i currently am and i do think that i am getting better as i go along. constructive criticism helps too.
